Privacy Policy

LeadDhara is a lead management software operated by Adwizdom ("we", "us"). Businesses ("our customers") use LeadDhara to receive and manage enquiries ("leads") from their advertising, website and other channels. This policy explains what data we process and why.

1. Data we process

• Lead data submitted by people who enquire with our customers — for example through Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, website forms, property portals or walk-in forms: name, phone number, email, city, budget, requirement and answers to form questions.
• Sales activity added by our customers' teams: lead stage, remarks, follow-up dates and assigned team member.
• User accounts of our customers' team members: name, email, role and login times.

2. How we use it

• To deliver leads to our customer's sales team and help them follow up.
• When enabled by our customer, to send lead-stage events (for example "Interested" or "Booked") to Meta Platforms through the Meta Conversions API, so their advertising can be optimised. Personal identifiers (phone, email, name) are converted to SHA-256 hashes before they are sent. The Meta lead ID is included so Meta can match the event to the original lead form submission.
• We do not sell personal data and we do not use lead data for our own marketing.

3. Meta (Facebook / Instagram) data

Lead data received from Meta Lead Ads is accessed only with the permission of the Page owner (our customer), is used only to provide the services above, and is handled in line with Meta's Platform Terms.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored in our customer's own Google Sheet and/or on secured servers. Access requires a login; team members only see what their role allows. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS).

5. Retention

Data is kept for as long as our customer uses the service or until they ask us to delete it. See the Data Deletion page.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to support@adwizdom.com. If you enquired with one of our customers, you can also contact that business directly.
