Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of LeadDhara, operated by Adwizdom.

1. The service

LeadDhara provides lead management software: receiving leads, assigning them to team members, tracking follow-ups and, if enabled, sending lead-stage events to advertising platforms.

2. Customer responsibilities

• You must have the right to collect and process the leads you bring into LeadDhara, and must inform the people concerned (for example in your lead form privacy notice).
• You are responsible for your team's logins and for following the policies of Meta and other platforms you connect.
• You must not use the service for spam, unlawful messaging or illegal purposes.

3. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for outages of third-party services such as Meta or Google.

4. Fees

Fees, if any, are agreed separately with each customer.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the previous three months.
